From first to second year and from second to third year, you may carry over two ATKTs in each semester. However, cross KTs are not allowed. This means that you cannot enroll in third year while holding a KT in first and second years.

As per my knowledge Automative is not taken as an additional subject to replace the marks of any other subject. To get more accurate information I suggest having conversation with the concerned faculty.
