Swaminarayan University is approved by the UGC and is approved by the AICTE. Also,  Swaminarayan University is a member of the Bar Council of India (BCI), the Pharmacy Council of India, the Gujrat Nursing Council, the Indian Nursing Council, the National Commission of Homeopathy, NCTE, etc.
