Symbiosis Law School Hyderabad strictly follows the UGC notification on Refund of Fees and Non-Retention of Documents. SLS Hyderabad refunds the fees within 15 days of the admission cancellation application. Candidates are eligible to get a 100% refund of academic deposits and refundable deposits if they apply for it within the time frame set by the college.

No, SLS Hyderabad does not offer three year undergraduate courses. Symbiosis Law School offers five-year undergraduate degrees, which are: BA LLB and BBA LLB. Yes, SLS Hyderabad offers UG candidates pursuing BA/BBA LLB a scholarship of 50% of the academic fees. A single candidate is selected based on his/her semester-wise performance. The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 CGPA to be eligible for the merit-based UG scholarship at SLS Hyderabad. Candidates must also have cleared all their subjects, i.e. candidate must not have any backlog.

Candidates who have studied Commerce in their Class 12 are eligible to apply for both the courses between BA LLB and BBA LLB. Both the UG courses at SLS Hyderabad are pretty similar in course structure and subjects. However, according to the information on the official website of SLS Hyderabad, it is suggested for candidates with Commerce in Class 12 to pursue BBA LLB as they might be familiar with some of the subjects of the course.
