Yes, you can easily get admission in a good college. If you are planning for 2017, then appear for CAT and try to get admission in a top B-school for PGDM.

To get admission in TAPMI, you need to score 85 percentile in CAT, MAT or XAT exam. Like other B-schools, they also accept students on the basis of entrance exam score followed by the GD-PI. They prefer good academic record too.

Eligibility criteria for pgdm is 10+2 and a bachelor degree from a recognized institution. You can give entry level exams while you are in the final year of your bachelors' of anytime after you have completed the degree. The forms for entrance exams are released around August and the exams are held around October to January depending on what exam you have applied for. The scores of CAT, XAT and MAT are taken by many colleges for admission. Then you can individually apply to the colleges of your choice.

Percentile according to MAT is a little low but since you are eligible you can apply. For HR fee is the same as any other MBA program which is approximately Rs.14 lac on average. Placements are also good as we have many companies offering core HR profiles. Average CTC is around Rs.10 lacs p.a.

Hey Eswar. I am afraid 50 percentile is quite low for TAPMI cut- off. It should be atleast 80-85 for getting a call.
