Admissions at T John College are both merit based and entance based.
Eligibility Criteria for T John College:
Qualifying Examinations: Karnataka PGCET, MAT, CAT, KMAT
A candidate should qualify either of the above exams with cut off score to get eligible for T John College.
A candidate should have atleast 50% aggregate in undergraduate
For SC/ST/OBC/ Category -1 for students of Karnataka- 45% aggregate marks in undergraduation.
Students shortlisted on the basis of the above eligibility criteria are called for GD and PI rounds and then they are futher screened for final selection.

T John College is a decent college to pursue various courses offered by them but it is not best in Bangalore. There are other colleges which are better than T John College in many paramaters like internships, live projects, final placements, industry exposure, experiential learning and many more. T John College is a decent college with excellent ROI. T John College is a private institute established in 1993. It is accredited grade 'A' by NAAC. 80% of the total students got placed during the recent placement drive. The highest package offered was INR 4.80 LPA. No, T John College does not offer better placements than City College. City College is slightly better than T John Collge in terms of placements and ROI.
