The Global Open University offers 11 specialisations under BA. The final selection is done on the basis of merit. As per the basic eligibility, candidates need to clear Class 12 in any stream with at least 55 per cent aggregate from a recognised board.

Specialisations such as Political Science, History, Economics and Disaster Management are taught in English as well as Hindi. Students can opt for either mode of instruction.
