You can edit this in the correction window which opens before exam, however, now the exam results are out you cannot edit this.
But in the counselling you can change your caste by verifying the caste certificate with the officials and then verifying all other details. For this, you need to contact to contact the authorities.

Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) has different colleges under it. The admission criteria for each college may vary. However, for JNTU Hyderabad, the eligibility criteria for admission to M.Sc. Programmes is based on the performance in the Entrance Examination conducted by JNT University Hyderabad. For JNTU Anantapur, the reservation for SC students is 6%

After the TS EAMCET result is announced, candidates have to appear for the online TS EAMCET counselling. The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) will hold the TS EAMCET counselling in online mode. The TS EAMCET counselling is expected to be held in 3 rounds.
