Yes, you can take the TS EAMCET exam if you've completed your 10+2 from JKBOSE, but you will be considered a non-local candidate for admission purposes. You can appear for the exam regardless of your state of origin, but you won't be eligible for local quotas or preferences in the admission process.

Yes, candidates from other states can apply for TS EAMCET, but they are considered as non-local candidates. They can apply for admission into engineering programs in Telangana, but their admission will be based on a quota for non-local candidates, typically around 15%.

Your admissions prospects for PJTSAU Veterinary are uncertain because of your rank at 28,930 in TSEAMCET and 4906 in the merit list. General category applicants who wanted to enter Veterinary at PJTSAU needed to score between 10,000 to 15,000 last year. Your strong merit list position offers some opportunity despite your current rank of 28,930 in TSEAMCET because the seat availability and this year's competition level remain unknown.

With a rank of 92,868 in EAMCET, getting admission into the CSE branch of government colleges at Ibrahimpatnam is not possible with higher cutoffs. But you can look into private or new colleges with lower fee options in the region. Some possible ones are:

Sri Indu College of Engineering and Technology

Vignan Institute of Technology and Science

Nalla Malla Reddy Engineering College

Admission is seat-dependent and category-based cutoffs. Attending all counseling rounds and inquiring about management quota seats may increase your chances.

Having a TS EAMCET rank of 22,000 and an IPE score of 941, you can opt for the following colleges offering Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) courses in Telangana, which usually have lesser fee patterns:

Vardhaman College of Engineering

Nalla Malla Reddy Engineering College

Kakatiya Institute of Technology and Science

Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Technology

CVR College of Engineering

These colleges usually have low tuition fees and might have vacancies depending on your ranking. It's best to inquire about their current admission requirements and seat availability.

The rank 40000 in TS EAMCET is not a good rank so the chances of getting a seat at Government College for B.Sc Nursing are not so good .

The competition level of TS EAMCET is very high but still sometimes it depends on the seat availability, specific college cutoff and the category you belong.

You must apply for fee reimbursement in Andhra Pradesh since you possess Andhra Pradesh domicile documents. Fee reimbursement is based on fulfilling conditions such as family income, rank, and category. As you pursued your studies in Telangana, see to it that at least four of the seven preceding years of your study were in Andhra Pradesh to come under AP's scheme. If your education was in the majority from Telangana, you have to apply through Telangana's scheme. Check eligibility and upload required documents through the respective state's official website for reimbursement.

With a EAPCET rank of 22622, 80 marks in NEET, and 968 in inter, belonging to the ST category it is unlikely you'll get a free seat for B.Sc. Nursing, as your EAPCET rank is relatively high and the competition for free seats is intense. A rank of 22622 in EAPCET while a good score, is likely not competitive enough for a free seat in B.Sc. Nursing especially considering the high demand for these programs
