Firstly you must study sincerely. Candidates must prepare timetable which must include time for exercise and entertainment besides of course studies. Be attentive in your classes in school or college wherever you are doing 12th. Try to take as many TS EAMCET mock test as possible. Try to find out where you went wrong once results of mock test are available. Search the net for many more tricks. Be confident that you will make it with good percentile. Best wishes to you.
