Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) released the TS ICET 2023 counselling dates with the counselling registration that was to start from August 14. However, the counselling was postponed. As per the revised counselling schedule for TS ICET MBA admissions, candidates were allowed to participate in the counselling process from September 6. The counselling registration was hosted until September 11, while the candidates had to appear for the certificate verification until September 12. TS ICET ranks are allotted to all the UR candidates who secure a minimum of 25 per cent marks in the exam. That is to say, candidates must secure 50 marks out of 200 marks to get a rank in the TS ICET exam. For reserved category candidates, there is no minimum qualifying marks. Reserved category candidates with a score equal to zero will get a rank based on their age. TSCHE considers the normalised score while allotment of TS ICET ranks.

However, the allotment of rank do not gaurantee admission in the TS ICET participating college.

TS ICET rank based on marks may change year to year depending on several factors. These factors include the number of candidates who took the exam, number of qualified candidates, difficulty standards of the TS ICET exam and more. For instance in the past session, TS ICET 2022 the rank 1 holder secured 170+ marks, whereas, in TS ICET 2021, the top 1 rank holder secured 155+ marks. Candidates securing 150+ marks can expect their rank to be within the top 20. TSCHE releases the TS ICET rankers list for top 20 rank holders along with the results.
