Telangana Council of Higher Education releases the TSICET counselling dates for all qualified candidates. All eligible candidates can apply for the counselling registration as per the official admission schedule. Every year, TG ICET counselling starts within 40 0 50 days of result declaration.
All TSICET test takers are not eligible to appear for the counselling process. The eligibility to appear for TS ICET counselling is as follows:
- Unreserved category candidates securing marks greater than 25 per cent of the total score, i.e. 50 marks, are eligible to participate in the TSICET counselling.

TGCHE hosts the Telangana ICET registration in multiple windows. The first registration window is facilitated where the candidate can apply without paying any late fee. Regular application fee is applicable in such cases. Candidates who wish to apply after the TG ICET registration deadline, have to pay a late fee amount. There are multiple registration window with late fee amount for specific timelines. With each deadline late fee increases.

Telagana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) has the responsibility to conduct all the common entrance tests in the Telangana state. TGCHE delegates the conducting authority to different universities while deciding the CET calendar each year. This year, i.e. for 2025, TGICET exam will be convened by Mahatma Gandhi University, Telangana. However Kakatiya University, Warangal has been allocated the opportunity to administer TGICET exam across the state.
