For the academic year 2024-25, the United World Institute of Technology (UIT) has decided to adhere to the new fee refund policy of the UGC. Students are eligible for full fee refunds in case of cancellation or migration done on or before September 30. In cases where October 31 is the last day to process the refunds, only a small processing fee of up to INR 1,000 will be charged for the refunds processed within that period. This policy has been made applicable to all prescribed higher educational institutions in order to make the refunds available on time to mitigate students’ complaints adequately.
