University Technology Malaysia Johor offers 11 Master's level courses for their international students in the online/distance learning mode. Yes, it is possible to join Universiti Teknologi Malaysia's (UTM) MBA programme without work experience. It may be somewhat challenging, but there are ways to strengthen your application. You need a bachelor's degree with a minimum CGPA of 3.0, English proficiency (TOEFL 550 or IELTS 6.0), and a compelling personal statement. While 2 years of work experience is preferred, it's not mandatory. If you lack work experience, emphasize strong academics, leadership in extracurriculars, entrepreneurial initiatives, relevant internships or projects, and soft skills in your application.
