University College of Medical Sciences admission 2025 is entrance-based. To get admission candidate must qualify for NEET with a decent score. UCMS in total offers 20+ courses across five streams inclusive of Paramedical,  Dental,  Medical,  Science, and Pharmacy in five degrees namely BSc, MBBS, MD, MS (Surgery) and MSc. University College of Medical Sciences (UCMS) is affiliated with the University of Delhi (DU).

Since the college is a Sikh minority institution, 50% of the seats are reserved for Sikh minority applicants. The other half is accessible to all on the basis of merit without any specific reservations for SC/ST/OBC/EWS.
