The B.A. LL.B. programme of University Law College, Bangalore, is a best course because of its well-designed syllabus and strong reputation. The college was established in 1948 and is affiliated to Bangalore University. The college runs an integrated five-year programme incorporating law with subjects such as economics, political science, and sociology. The merit-based selection system along with eligibility criteria for the course makes the competition tough, thereby making it one of India's premier legal educational institutions.
