Yes, the University of Georgia gives out scholarships to international students. The details for the some of the UGA scholarships are given below:
- Presidential Leadership Scholarship: USD 3,000 renewable which can be combined with Zell Miller / Hope Scholarship for Georgia residents and for non-residents, a Presidential Waiver of the out-of-state fees shall be included.
- Classic Scholarship: Non-Georgia residents may be offered annual, fully-renewable scholarships.

The University of Georgia admission requirements for MS in Computer Science are:
- A bachelor’s degree preferably with a major in Computer Science or an Allied discipline
- GRE test scores are required for admission
- 3 letters of recommendation, preferably written by the university professors. If a student has work experience then one letter from his / her supervisor
- A one or two-page personal statement
