Below are the University of Groningen requirements for international students:

• Transcripts of your high school: Transcripts include your information and performance in high school and other scores.

• SOP: An SOP is essential for the application process for University of Groningen. It helps the applicant to convey their talents, Academic excellence accomplishments and personal background of applicants.

• Portfolio ( Audition depending on your chosen course):  This depends on the course the applicant is choosing, as this is not present in every program. • English requirements: The following table explains the minimum score for each English exam the university is excepting: 

• Applicants must require to have a minimum GPA of 7.0 out of 10 (Dutch marking scale)

Postgraduate application requirements

• Motivation Letter: Applicants must a motivational letter depending on the course the applicant is applying for.  

• CV: Applicants also shoyukd submit CV as an additional document

• English requirements: The following table explains the minimum score for each English exam the university is excepting:

• English Proficiency Test	Minimum Requirement
  IELTS	6.5 - 7.0  or above
  TOEFL iBT	90- 92 or above
  TOEFL - CBT	237 or above

• GMAT Scores: Applicants applying for conomics or Business related Master programme of the Faculty of Economics and Business,must submit GMAT score of 500 or above. 

• GRE Scores: The university s Office will convert the applicants GRE score to the equivalent GMAT score to assess whether you will be considered for direct admission or if the final decision will be taken by the Board of Admissions. The scores below are only estimations of the equivalent GMAT scores:

•  GMAT 500: GRE Verbal and Quantitative Reasoning section – above the 25th percentile;
  - GMAT 600: GRE Verbal Reasoning – above the 53th percentile; and Quantitative Reasoning section – above the 51th percentile.

The University of Groningen offers a Holland Scholarship to all full-time degree-seeking (graduate, doctorate, or undergraduate) international students.Below are the requirements for students who can avail Holland Scholarship :

• Do not hold the nationality of EEA countries

• Want to study in the Netherlands

• Do not have a degree from an educational institute in the Netherlands

• Have excellent grades in undergraduate/graduate studies

• Meet the specific requirements of the University of Groningen

• Have an offer letter from the university

• Have a motivation letter
