The affiliated courses to Mumbai University accepts MHT CET exam. To get into the colleges, the Mumbai University cutoff 2024 for the CSE course stood at 27.66 for the General AI category candidates. Similarly, for the Information Technology course, the MHT CET cutoff stood between 2.47 and 95.27. Moreover, BE in Aritificial Intelligence cutoff stood at 68.94 for the General AI quota. Hi, University of Mumbai does offer BA courses. MU offers BA and integrated BA-MA B.Ed programmes are offered under the faculty of Arts. BA is offered in various specialisations like Economics, Mass Communication, History, Culinary Arts, etc. 

The eligibility criteria for BA in University of Mumbai is to have passed Class 10+2 in any stream with a minimum of 40% marks aggregate.

Admission in Mumbai University is offered through entrance test. 

The eligibility criteria to get admission at UG level is

  1. 10+2 with 35% aggregate.
  2. Accepting Exams: CBSE 12th, Maharashtra HSC, Mumbai University Admission, ISC, MPBSE 12th, UP 12th, GSEB HSC, BIEAP, CUET, NEST.
  3. Admission is done on counselling of your score in your entrance test.

If you passed the SIBA exam at Open University Mumbai in 2009, you can top up your BA by applying for credit transfer. Credit transfer enables you to count your previous university studies towards your Open University qualification and hence may save you time and money. You can apply for credit transfer before you register at least four weeks before the closing date of the registration. You'll need to provide evidence of previous study including what you studied, where and when.
