First, you will need the information on universities offering Spring intake. Not every university has one. Better you check the university websites for updated information on their deadlines and admission requirements. International applicants have separate deadlines. It may spread from July to October 2018. The sooner you apply better it is.

Many universities in the US do accept three-year degree. You have to get a WES evaluation of your Bachelor's degree for this. Please check the websites and email them. Universities which strictly mention they don't accept three year degree won't oblige and no point negotiating with them. Take your GRE too.
