VNSGU BA Mass Communication admission is merit-based and hence, the applicants performance in Class 12 is evaluated. This admission criteria is for the BA programme offered at the main campus. However, the university provide BA courses through its affiliated colleges as well. The selection criteria is left at the discretion of each college. Hence, the VNSGU BA selection can vary based on college in which the candidate is applying.

Candidates who have cleared the Class 12/HSC exam in any stream from a recognised board are eligible for the BDes course. In addition, students must have the relevant documents for the same with them to be presented during the admission process.

The following marks are necessary for the M.Sc. in Microbiology at Veer Narmad South Gujarat University: Candidates must have passed the Bachelor of Science exam with English as a required subject.
