Both universities are private engineering schools.The UGC has not approved either institute. BKEC is seen as more dependable because of its experience educating students, especially since it was founded in 1999. Although the placement and cost structure are very similar. I will advise you to make a decision based on your accessibility and competence. In the state, both are doing fairly however VNEC is a very new college and is growing very fast.
