While its difficult to provide with accurate cutoff without knowing the exact programee but the cutoff genrally from Andhra Pradesh EAMCET lies around between 60k to 150k. While cutoffs cannot be predicted beforehand it depends on exam each year.

Though the question doesn't describe the programme for which difficulty is asked the genral cutoff range of Andhra Pradesh EAMCET stands between 60000-150000. The overall figure of Difficulty is determined each year and ain't possible to predict earlier.

Though 70% of the seats are filled by APEAMCET the other 30% seats remain with students of Management Quota. So there's a great chance to get admission into Vemu institute of technology without APEAMCET Exam. You must also check with the institute for instructions regarding form of management quota.
