Both are two different courses. BBA is of 3 years and B.A LL.B is of 5 years.
B.A LL.B from VIP would be a better choice as it has wider scope than BBA. So B.A LL.B must be a priority.

Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies (VIPS) is one of the top colleges in Delhi for BBA. The eligibility criteria for admission to BBA program at VIPS requires a minimum of 50% marks in 10+2 with English as a core/elective/functional subject1.
Based on your rank in CET 2023 for BBA for IP, it is difficult to say whether you will get admission to VIPS or not. However, you can check the admission process and selection criteria on their official website2.

Admissions at VIPS are on the basis on the merit of the candidate drawn on the basis of the Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by GGSIPU. For all courses covered under CET, the university prepares a list of candidates in the order of merit in each category. The eligibility for these courses is 50% marks in 10+2 examination with English as a mandatory subject. Admission to these programs is through IPU CET.
