In case the candidates do not have anyone to accompany them to the WBJEE exam centre, they can request the WBJEE exam centre authorities to deposit their personal belongings for the test duration. However, in case of any loss of belongings, the authorities will not take any responsibility. Therefore, the candidates are advised not to bring any expensive item to the examination centre. In case of any expensive items, the candidates are advised to leave it with their parents/guardians.

Candidates will be able to select their choice of WBJEE exam centres online while filling out the application form. During the form filling process, the candidates will have to select and submit three preferred WBJEE exam zones. The selection of the zones have to be done in the order of preference. The authorities will allot WBJEE exam centres as per the candidate's preference and the corresponding availability. In case the candidate's first preference is not available, then the second choice will be considered.

No, the authorities have not yet announced the WBJEE 2026 exam centres. The list of centres where the examination will be held will be released online at wbjeeb.nic.in. The authorities are expected to conduct WBJEE 2026 in 49 zones (47 in West Bengal, 1 in Assam and Tripura each). In the previous year, WBJEE was conducted in 328 exam centres. Allotment of exam centres will be done based on the candidate's preferences submitted in the WBJEE application form.

No. The authorities do not allow calculators inside the WBJEE exam centre. As per the WBJEE exam guidelines, any type of electronic device will be strictly prohibited at the examination centre. Candidates are advised to be careful since they will be disqualified if they are caught with any prohibited item. No eatables and drinks will be allowed inside the examination centre. Before reporting at the examination centre, the candidates are advised to check the official examination guidelines.

Hi
No. The candidates were not allowed to carry a water bottle or eatables inside the WBJEE 2023 exam centre.
Date of examination: 30th April 2023 (Sunday).
Candidates must bring a hard copy of their WBJEE Admit Card with them. Candidates are not permitted to bring communication devices such as mobile phones or digital watches into the examination hall. Candidates will be given an OMR Sheet and a Booklet once the examination begins.

No. There were high chances that the authorities would not allow the candidates to take out printouts of WBJEE 2023 admit card from their office. Therefore all candidates were advised to carry their own original print outs of the WBJEE admit card to the centre. It is to be noted that the authorities did not accept soft copies of the admit card and identity proof at the centres and the candidates were required to produce original documents. Otherwise the candidates were not allowed to attempt the entrance examination.

Candidates who do not belong to West Bengal will have to choose their three preferred WBJEE exam zones from the available options - Howrah (Salkia/ Bally/ Uttarpara), Kolkata Salt Lake/ New Town (Salt Lake/ Lake Town/ New Town/ Rajar Hat, South Kolkata (Ballygaunge/ Into Park/ Bhowanipore/ Tollygaunge/ Jadavpur), West Kolkata (Joka/ Behala/ Alipore/ Chetla/ Khidirpore/ Budge), Paschim Burdwan (Asansol) and Paschim Burdwan (Durgapur). More details about the WBJEE exam centres will be released online by the authorities.
