Yes. A mail will be floated at around the last week of May or so.Its based on first come first serve basis. Hostel life isnt much to look forward to with curfews and all. There is a common room where you can sit and have fun with tv and gym

How is the campus life at this college? Is it mandatory to maintain 100% attendance? What about the class timings and self-study pattern?

Don't expect much for campus life. yes its mandatory for 100% attendance. classes will be in the morning from 9-12.50. some days it might stretch to 3 in the evening. lectures are 70 minutes long with 10 min break in between.
