In XIME, Bangalore attending an international tour is compulsory as a part of the curriculum, and the international tour fee will be collected in instalments along with the tuition fee. However, for XIME, Kochi its not mandatory but if you wish, you can go for the international tour you need to pay an additional fee.

The difficulty level depends from person to person. If you are well-versed with current affairs and have the flair to prosper you might be right one.
For me, it was not that difficult. I had a GD of about 15 mins and a PI of about 5 mins.

NIA being a premier institute in the field of insurance founded by Ministry of Finance GOI, LIC, Four GIC companies is a reputed institute in insurance industry. NIA established for the training and development of insurance professionals in the country. Placement from NIA is also in the related areas of insurance only. Where as the other institutes courses/programs are in general not in insurance and the placement in the insurance field from other colleges mostly in other domain. NIA stands out from rest of the colleges. Thus, comparing with other colleges is not possible.
Sorry.

The placement at BIMTECH is decent with an average salary ranging from Rs 6-10 lakhs. Also, BIMTECH will give you good exposure in all aspects be it from the faculty or industry experts and make you work towards an all round development.

Yes, IMT-N over XIME-B. If you are exclusively looking for finance, then go for PGDM in finance else PGDM core where you have an option to choose a specialisation in the second year.

In XIME, they offer only PGDM program and also the fee is high when compared to PSG. In PSG, we have MBA, PGDM and they also have tie-up with 2 to 4 universities where you can do international exchange programs. Even in placements, it's almost the same. So, I think PSG is better.
