The PGDM course at XISS Ranchi offers four specializations: Human Resource Management, Rural Management, Financial Management, and Marketing Management. Candidates need to fulfil the basic eligibility criteria to be able to apply for the course. The eligibility criteria are that the candidate must have a three or four-year bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST) in any discipline recognised by the Association of Indian Universities.
