Yes, there is a placement cell at XISS Ranchi. The campus placement of the students at XISS is coordinated by the Central Placement Cell, headed by the Chief Placement Coordinator. It works in unison with departmental placement cells, which are composed of students' representatives. The departmental placement cells are also guided by senior faculty members. Xavier Institute of Social Service offers good placement opportunities. During XISS Ranchi placement 2023, more than 200 students were placed, and a total of 10 PPOs were offered by top MNCs. The top recruiters were Deloitte India, EY GDS, Maven Magnet, Synchrony, etc.

XISS and IISWBM are equally good B-schools. If we compare IISWBM & XISS in terms of fess I would prefer IISWBM. In terms of brand value, both are equally good. In terms of ROI, I would prefer IISWBM. Although XISS & IISWBM are B- School of almost the same brand value I would prefer IISWBM.
