B.Tech graduates can also give BTC Entrance Exams: HC

In an answer to the petition filed by Mr. Rahul Kumar and other B.Tech students, the Allahabad High Court has allowed B.Tech graduates to appear for BTC Entrance Exams 2011. According to the petitioners, it is wrong to only consider B.A., B.Sc. and B.Com degree holders as fullfiling BTC Entrance Exams Eligibility criteria for 2011, despite the fact that regulations for Basic  Training and NTE state that any graduate is eligible to give the test.

Presently, the graduates other than those specified by the government are not being considered for the exams.
