The Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSC) and Animal Husbandry (AH) at College of Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry is a 5 1/2 year course with a compulsory rotating internship of twelve calendar months after successful completion of the 4th professional year. The course is offered in English and has a total of 225 seats available in two colleges: College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Mannuthy (125 seats) and College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Pookode (100 seats). The eligibility for admission is 50% marks in aggregate of English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology at the Higher Secondary Examination. The mode of selection and admission is regulated by Commissioner for Entrance Examinations of Kerala (CEE) and Veterinary Council of India (VCI) on the basis of merit as assessed in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test conducted by the NTA. * Admission to B.V.Sc. & A.H. is regulated by Commissioner for Entrance Examinations of Kerala (CEE) and Veterinary Council of India (VCI) on the basis of merit as assessed in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test conducted by the NTA.
* The reservation rules of Kerala Government shall be followed.
* A candidate shall not be allowed admission to B.V.Sc. & A.H.
