Yes, the allocation of Annamalai University seats is subject to rules of reservation. Thus, the university does reserve seats for candidates belonging to ST/SC/SCA/MBC/BC/BCM/OC communities. Moreover, reservation for these categories is made as per the Rules of Reservations of the Government of Tamil Nadu. Other than this, 5% of the total seats have been reserved for differently abled persons. 

After filling out the Annamalai University ME application form, students must participate in the CEETA PG counselling process.
