The total seat intake for PharmD in Annamalai University is 40. There are 30 seats in the PharmD general course and 10 in the Doctor of Pharmacy Post Baccalaureate. The seat reservation policy for ST/SCA/SC/MBC/BC/OC category candidates is as per the rules and regulations of the Government of Tamil Nadu. Apart from other reservations, 5% of the total number of seats available is reserved for Orthopedically, Physically disabled candidates.

The university publishes a merit list after the conclusion of the application process for shortlisting candidates.
