BCA in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science - Batch of 2027
Offered by School of Engineering and Technology, Apeejay Stya University

The college is more than expected. Faculty members, infrastructure, hostel, and sports are amazing.
Placements: To be honest, the BCA in AI course at this university has been there for a long time, but students haven't enrolled in it until now. Our batch (2024-27) is the first to take this course at ASU. We don't have much exposure to M.Ch. placements, but since our course falls under the School of Engineering and Technology (SOET), there are good placement opportunities for B.Tech students.
Infrastructure: I must say our infrastructure. Since our course is technical, we are provided with very advanced labs, including Oracle labs, IOS labs, and hands-on practical digital labs. Our classrooms are air-conditioned, and we have a large library that contains all the latest academic books, novels, theses, and research corners. The entire campus has Wi-Fi connectivity. As I am the hostel president, I would say the best part of the hostel is the sports and games facilities, such as badminton courts, a basketball court, a cricket ground, and a volleyball court. The food is good, but the medical facilities could be better.
Faculty: The overall faculty on campus is good, but especially in my department (SOET), the facilities are very helpful. They teach us very well and offer extra classes when needed. Our university also offers liberal arts courses under the NEP curriculum. Overall, the studies here are excellent, with equal emphasis on theory and practicals. Regarding semester exams, they are fair and easy if students study; they include only material from the syllabus. The passing percentage is 33%.
Other: I chose BCA (AI this) because I have an interest in coding and there is a lot demand of for AI in the market. The best thing about this course is, that we update and upgrade ourselves by the time with the technology. About the events, there is an annual fest in our college named ELAAN, which is organized every year. They organise a talent hunt every year. The campus crowd is decent. The surroundings are the best part—greenery everywhere. Scholarships are available based on the 12th-grade percentage and ASU entrance exam scores. There are so many club to join for extracurricular activities

Absolutely dissatisfied with not organizing any fest and by a lower number of students.
Placements: About 70% of students got placed in our university. The highest package is 8 LPA, and the lowest package is 3 LPA. Top companies are Mankind and Cipla which are best for placements. Top role is how to make a drug. Atleast 20% of students got internships from our university.
Infrastructure: Labs are in very good condition and university provides their own Wi-Fi network. Classrooms are in very good condition also. But library is not so good. Food quality is not so good which is provided in our mess. The canteen of our college is the worst canteen I have ever seen in my life.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful in nature. They are also very knowledgeable. This course provides jobs in industries. The curriculum for this course is to do jobs in industries and provide help in society. Semester exams are not so hard as much if you studied at a particular time.
Other: I chose this course because this course is very relevant and knowledge about drugs. In my mind, I taught this course in 9th class because the medicine shop is never ever closed in a lockdown I have ever seen. Our university does not organise any events or fests. Campus crowd is not so good and does not provide scholarships.

University for Future, which aims to provide future ready students .
Placements: In my course, 70%of students get placement from the college. The lowest package was 4 LPA. 80% of students get internships from my batch The placement head provides proper classes for resume building and personal growth and is very supportive and helpful.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is quite good but not that much modern. The infrastructure needs to be upgraded. The labs are good and the internet connectivity is also good here. Wi-Fi is available The hostel is the best here with the best food and environment.
Faculty: The faculty here is very helpful and supportive in terms of papers or notes. They are very down to earth as they care for each student personally and provide every help possible in terms of everything.

Good education and facilities.
Placements: 80 percent of students get placement. The highest package is 50,000, and the lowest is 20,000. Apollo, Path Labs, and Medanta are some of the top recruiters. The college provides sessions for placement, self-improvement, how to give interviews, and how to update LinkedIn profiles.
Infrastructure: Our college provides all the facilities like labs (biochemistry, anatomy, microbiology, etc.). Our college has Wi-Fi, a library, smart classrooms, etc. In sports, we have a badminton court, basketball court, volleyball court, and cricket grounds. The university has a dance, music, and multipurpose hall as well.
Faculty: Teachers and teaching quality are very good and have doctorate qualifications. The course curriculum is very beneficial for students. In this college, there are two semesters in a year. In one semester, you have to give 2 sessional exams, 4 assignments, and 1 presentation.
Other: I want to be in the medical line, which is why I chose this course and want to help people.

I already summarised the whole summary of my campus above.
Placements: Students who pass their degree with an A grade will be able to be placed. The highest and lowest packages depend on a student's work, experience, certificates, and projects. We offer top companies like Oracle and cloud computing companies. With a 4.3 CGPA, students got the best placements in the best companies. The top role is manager.
Infrastructure: They provide us with a full Wi-Fi connection across the whole campus. A library is also provided, along with some labs for engineering students, like an Oracle lab and a cloud computing lab. Facilities are very good in the hostel; they provide completely hygienic food to hostelers, with a proper, healthy diet, and all the facilities.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is expert. The course curriculum is relevant and obviously makes students ready for the industry. The semester exams are not easy to clear unless you take regular and proper lectures, and the pass percentage is 2.8 CGPA.
Other: I chose this course because I found my interest in new technologies. The best thing is getting knowledge about new technologies from time to time. One improvement would be for them to guide us about our domain. Events, fests, and many more things happen on the crowded campus every week, and all the festivals are also celebrated here.

Dissatisfied with the infrastructure and faculty, but you'll get placed somehow.
Placements: I'm in my 3rd year and I don't have that much idea about placements but from what I have heard, placements are decent but not very good in my opinion. They will get you a job but won't be a very high-status job. I think my seniors are also doing internships on their own.
Infrastructure: I do not go to hostels, but according to my friends, living in their hostel is pretty decent but you're not allowed to leave the campus after 7 p.m., and even if you do, they will ask your parents for permission every time you leave and food is good at the mess.
Faculty: Faculty is very less for the design department and our graphic design teacher takes leaves very often and the curriculum is just the same for every semester. Make ads and submit. Exams are very easy. I think for the past 2 years it's been very easy. I'm a very lazy guy and still got 1st and 2nd positions in the whole design department.
