Hi.No, you cannot join BBMKU, Dhanbad  without the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) for admission to undergraduate  programs. The registration window for CUET UG is open for Binod Bihari Mahto Koyalanchal University, Dhanbad admission to the UG courses and the last date to apply has been extended to Mar 31, 2024.
