The fee refund policy for BDS - Bachelor of Dental Surgery at KIMS Karad is as follows:
Caution Deposit: Rs 25,000/- (Refundable)
Hostel Deposit: Rs 25,000/- (Refundable)
Note: The refund policy is applicable for the caution deposit and hostel deposit, which are refundable. However, the tuition fees, eligibility fees, and annual hostel dues are non-refundable.

The admission criteria for Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) at KIMS Karad are:

For admission to MBBS at KIMS Karad, exemptions or exceptions to the 60% eligibility requirement are as follows:
- For SC/ST/OBC category students, the required aggregate in PCB is 40%.
- For PWD category students, the required aggregate in PCB is 45%.
General category students require an aggregate of 50% in PCB.
