MMU Sadopur offers courses at UG, PG and Diploma levels in Science, Nursing, and other streams. The university offers BSc, BPT, B.Optm at the UG level and MSc, MHA at the PG level. Besides, the university offers GNM for a duration of three-years. Admission to MMU Sadopur is based on the merit of the candidates in the last qualifying exam. 

Candidates who have completed Class 12 are eligible to apply for a UG course at MMU. The university has not specified the minimum aggregate to apply for a course. Aspirants who have completed Class 12 with English and have obtained a minimum of 40% aggregate in the qualifying exam are eligible to apply for MMU Sadopur GNM course. Candidates who have passed Class 12 with English with at least 40% aggregate in vocational ANM course are also eligible to apply.Besides, aspirants who have completed Class 12 with at least 40% aggregate in Vocational Stream-Health care Science can also apply for GNM programme.

MMU Sadopur offers four-year BPT programme divided into eight semesters. The course excludes a six month compulsory rotatory internship. Candidates who have completed Class 12 or HSE examination with English with at least 50% aggregate (45% aggregate in case of reserved category) along with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as mandatory subjects can apply for BPT programme. 

MMU Sadopur offers seats in MSc programme based on the merit of the aspirants in the last qualifying exam. The university considers the marks of the candidates in graduation for MSc admission. Once the selection process is over, the university informs the candidates about their admission. Shortlisted candidates have to pay the course fee to confirm their seat in the university.
