Review of Clinical Embryology at Rayat Bahra University.
Placements: Almost all of our seniors are placed in clinics. You can get placed as an embryologist. There are many IVF centers where you can be placed. Here, there are top facilities, so you can practice too. Companies like Cloud Nine and Indira IVF come here for placement.
Infrastructure: There are a lot of facilities available here. Wi-Fi facility are also provided across the whole campus. Hostels are good too, and they also have Wi-Fi. Gym facilities are provided too. The mess food is good too. Classrooms are attached to labs, so you can have full hands-on experience.
Faculty: Teachers here are the best. They don't just focus on theoretical knowledge, they also help us understand everything. They do give hands-on training to make us industry-ready. The semester exams are not that tough. The pass percentage is 50%.
Other: There are a lot of events that occur on the campus. Scholarships are also provided based on your marks.

The College is Okay if the Student Shows Effort; Otherwise, Consequences Are Likely.
Placements: I was a student of M.Sc. Hematology in the batch 2021-2023 and participated in the earn while learn scheme. During my time on campus, I did not see any significant placement drives. A team did visit the campus, but to my knowledge, none of the students got placed. Students interested in roles related to this course can pursue positions such as Assistant Professor, Lab Scientist, Lab Technician, or Clinical Technician, or even start a business in medical laboratory diagnostics.
Infrastructure: The campus has a central library and a departmental library, but it is not Wi-Fi enabled, and the labs are not suitable for research. The quality of the mess is poor, and the rooms are triple-sharing. The playgrounds are good, and the gym is excellent—five stars to the gym and library infrastructure.
Faculty: The faculty is competent, but they are underpaid, which affects their job satisfaction. The curriculum follows the Ministry of Health syllabus, and there should be faculty available for all courses run by the campus.
Other: I graduated in 2023, and I recommend visiting the campus before enrolling in any course to understand the conditions and discuss your concerns with the department to avoid any issues.

Placements: Nearly 70 to 75 percent of students are placed in this course. The highest package is about 15 Lacs per annum and the lowest package is about 1 to 2 Lacs per annum and average package is about 3 Lacs per annum in this course. About 85 percent of students got internship in this university.
Infrastructure: All the facilities are good and the infrastructure of this course is also good. Wi-Fi are available for students and teachers. Labs are also provided and the classrooms are very neat and clean. Granite are used in the desk. Library are also provided for students for study.
Faculty: All the teachers are well qualified, educated and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is average. Teachers help all the students in their studies. They also make the students for industry ready. The semester exams are very easy and about 85 percent students pass in the exams.

Review of Rayat Bahra University.
Placements: Placements provided in our college were below average. Few students got on campus placements. Around 20% of students got placed with low salary packages. The average salary package offered was 1.5 LPA to 2 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college was good. Our campus was very big. There were well-furnished classrooms and separate washrooms for boys and girls. It had a big central library with books for all the departments. Hostel rooms were very good.
Faculty: All the faculty members in our college were well-educated and very good. They helped students in their studies. They cleared the doubts of the students. Semester exams were not difficult so students scored well by reading before exams.

It is the best university in every field.
Placements: Around 70-75% of students got placed in our course. The salary package offered ranges between 1 LPA - 6 LPA. Top recruiting companies are NOVO and VRTX. Almost 80% of students got internships from our course in many companies. Top roles offered are researcher and lab technician.
Infrastructure: The Wi-Fi speed is very good in the hostel. The food served in the mess is tasty. Our library is well-established. Medical facilities are available 24X7 in our college. Our college has a dispensary. A doctor and a nursing assistant are available in our college. A television is available in the girls' common room. Students can play many games in our college like table tennis, etc. Our labs are well-maintained and well-furnished.
Faculty: All teachers are well-qualified and knowledgeable. Most of them are Ph.D. holders. Some teachers cleared the NEET exam. All questions are asked from the syllabus. The course curriculum is good and includes a lot of practical work.
Other: I opted for this course because I want to go into research and lab work. Our college should conduct more training sessions.

There are no placements and the teaching staff are also not satisfactory. Infrastructure is good.
Placements: Placements are not good for the chemistry stream. The placement department is very less concerned about the placements of M.Sc. chemistry students and prefers B.Pharma. The placement cell is not very useful. No senior was placed, as very few companies visited from Baddi and Dera Bassi.
Infrastructure: The college has a good infrastructure with separate department buildings. The campus is fully equipped with Wi-Fi. There are projectors in classrooms. There is a shortage of chemicals in the chemistry lab, but overall it is good. The hostel rooms are good, but food quality is the worst.
Faculty: The faculty are not well-qualified. Teachers are mostly helpful, and teaching quality is fine. The faculty to student ratio is good. We went on industrial visits. The course curriculum is according to the UGC criteria. The environment is not challenging for the students. More time is given to theory than practicals.
Other: Different events like sports meet and quiz are conducted from time to time. International conference on recent trends in science and technology is also conducted. The connectivity is not good, there is no transportation facility other than college buses.

This college is not worth the money
Placements: Well, placements are below average for science Department (University School of Sciences, USS) and that is because of many reasons.
1. Students do not take much interest in placement. Most of the students are only degree seekers.
2. A number of companies that are coming to pick specifically chemistry students are either 0 or 1 or 2 at max.
3. Even if a company comes to pick chemistry students, the students are not knowledgeably eligible. This is because of poor teaching techniques followed by the faculty. Students lack in knowledge because the teaching methodology followed includes more translation than actually teaching something knowledgeable.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good enough for a student to learn. But the college lacks in facilities like seminar hall, discussion room, smart classes, etc. The college library is the only best thing that you are going to love. It is open for late night studies even.
Faculty: The faculty is very interactive but lack in experience a lot. Only 1 or 2 teachers are highly qualified. Some teachers are good and some even don't know what are they doing in the field of chemistry. But if you talk about money value, then I don't think this is a right place to do masters. They just teach you limited content. Enough for getting marks in exams but not any near to the word enough if you are looking for something more. Teachers lack in basic knowledge and latest knowledge of the practical applications of the concept. The syllabus is designed as per UGC guidelines. But the faculty finds it hard to cope with.
Other: If you are here just to grab a Masters degree in your subject, then this college is just fine for you and you will definitely score well in exams. How?The answer is the level of their question papers + their marking system (if you write exactly what they taught you in class, you will surely get full marks). But I will not recommend this college to anyone if you are coming with a mindset of learning something. Now let's see what the college is providing you.
1. Poor Labs:- Poor lab equipment. Teachers will teach only those practicals which are nowhere near M. Sc. level. Lack of availability of chemicals. The number of students per equipment is like 8-9. In practical classes, the only practicals you will be doing will be chosen as per the availability of chemicals. That will have nothing to do if the practical belongs to M. Sc. or not.

Review of Rayat Bahra University.
Placements: About 10% of students were placed in B.Sc. and M.Sc. There were not many placements in our course. All students get internships from the university, which has its own hospital named after it.
Infrastructure: Classrooms were good with coolers. Classes were audible for everyone. The library was good. Every book related to the course was available for students. Wi-Fi was available to use Google at any time. I was a day scholar. There were facilities related to our course like an X-ray department, CT and MRI departments, etc.
Faculty: Teachers were helpful, well-qualified, and experienced. Teaching was easily understood. It was easy to learn. The curriculum made students ready for society to deliver their work. Exams were conducted at regular intervals. Exams were a little tough. We couldn't score well. Students scored about 60% to 70%.
Other: Radiology is the backbone of the medical field. From diagnosis to treatment, radiology is helpful. There is nothing to improve in this course. There should be better placements with good salary packages.
