PIBM Pune is the best college for PGDM. PGDM is approved by AICTE and courses are designed by the college itself. More than 300+ top companies are coming to the campus for hiring students with some excellent profiles. Last year, closing MAT percentile cuttoff for BIMM was around 75- 80%. It also vary from courses to course. First you decide the type of MBA suitable for you. Then make a list of possible b school with this score. You can try following good colleges with this score- LPU
