Hi Saumya,
For PGDM (HR) Sri Balaji Society Pune is best option. BIMM (Balaji Institute of Modern Management) is its best college & BIMHRD (Balaji Institute of Management & Human Resource Development) is specially for the Human Resource Course. Apart from this JIMS Rohini is also good for PGDM (HR) because their faculty who taught HR subjects are highly knowledgeable and experienced in their field. But Placements in HR are very few and late. It takes place till the last month of ending of the session and almost 60% of the students are placed yet. In terms of placements JIMS is the best college if you will talk about Marketing than HR but if you have better option then this, then why should not you go for the better option. If you have opportunity for SBS then please go for it. Very few got this opportunity to get into this college, For more information please go through the below link. https://www.bimhrdpune.com/

No, mess charges are not a part of hostel charges. But if you want then you can pay a DD against mess breakfast charges for 1st year and avail mess food.

The first merit list has been published and the subsequent merit list will be published by the end of March. If you still have any query, you can call the college.

All institutes are sister colleges in Sri Balaji Society and more or less are same. But BIMM is better in the groups if you want marketing as a specialisation.

First of all, I would suggest you think again before taking PM & HRD although it's good but, I would suggest you to do HR from top colleges like TISS, NMIMS Mumbai, etc. You would definitely get better opportunities from these colleges. Now, let's talk about Balaji Institute of Modern Management's Pm & HRD.
BIMM is no doubt a good college, and majority of its students pursue PGDM in marketing. So, college focuses more on marketing placements but they didn't take HR lightly. They call many big companies in campus like Vedanta, TCS, Amazon, Infosys, Deloitte, etc. And common placements we have seen in HR is 4-7 but the highest goes to 14.5 Lacs and minimum is 3.5 LPA, but average if 5 LPA (if you are average student then you can expect this)
Note- BIMM & BIMHRD both are good to pursue PM&HRD. Suggestion- I would recommend that if you really want to pursue MBA in HR, then go for
1. IIMs
2. XLRI Jamshedpur
3. XIMB Bhubaneswar
4. TISS
5. NMIMS Mumbai
6. Sibm Pune, etc. But if you want finance, marketing, operations, business analytics, then go for BIMM
and it depends on your percentile in entrance exam if you have below 80 then no doubt go for BIMM (if you got, - let me clear that it's not that easy to get in BIMM although you can get other campus of Balaji but BIMM is tough).

Placement is near about 4lpa. Opt out from other 2. I am a current BIMM Marketing Student but if you get BIMM then I must say go for it. It's good and worth taking.

It depends on your score. If you have better options than Balaji, then go for it but as far as I know, if you have 75 percentile to 80 percentile than BIMM is a good option even in PM&HRD, many good companies come for recruitment like Vedanta, Amazon, Cognizant, TCS, etc. who offers 12-14 LPA. I guess, it is much better than any other college, but if you have 90 percentile + in CMAT and 80-90+ in CAT, then go for Welingkar Mumbai, NIRMA, TAPMI, KJ, FORE Delhi, etc., but if you have below 80 in CAT, then Balaji is the best option. The only cons I think is its 365 days working culture, with a 90+ attendance, but if you can sustain its working culture, then its one of the best option in tier 2 college
in terms of placements.
HR package can range from 4-7 for maximum students
but if you can perform good, then you can get 12-14 LPA. Hope it helped your queries!
