But personally, I'll suggest to go with Balaji as the corporate culture is better and lots of learning opportunities are there. But since you've asked about lexicon - yes, it's a good option because the focus will be on overall development of students and decent placements.
If possible, you should personally visit the campus to know better.

According to me, IPE Hyderabad is better from the other two as it would give you management like experience unlike Balaji which is a military academy with useless rules apart from campus, placements is also better as compared to Balaji and ISBS with the highest package of 17 Lacs in Amazon and one of the best faculty of South India to guide you to become a successful manager.
