    Good college and faculty members.
Placements: Finding job after getting the degree isn't very difficult, you can easily get a job with a monthly salary at least 50K, but you are not provided jobs by the college. Most of the students don't join any hospital after MBBS and prepare for PG course like MD or MS or some even go for civil services.
Infrastructure: The campus is placed in a serene environment and gives a healthy atmosphere to those dwelling within. The students have a good encouragement for participating in extracurriculars, in the form of competitions for sports and other forms of arts, infrastructure is provided. There is strict prohibition on ragging and other activities that are deemed unparliamentary, but nonetheless, the students are allowed to enjoy while being in limits. The hostel is furnished well with a good mess, home theatre, gymnasium and halls for studying. There are facilities for laundry services that ease up our burden. Free and password protected Wi-Fi is provided to the students. The food provided at the hostel is healthy and nutritious with a bit of compromise on the taste, but it is manageable.
Faculty: Each and every faculty in our college is unique. Their presence of behaviour, their kind attitude is simply the best. No arrogance, no anger on their face. We have learned a lot from them as to how to be a perfect doctor. The curriculum and the syllabi for the course shall be as specified in UGC and MCI regulations. MGMCRI conduct semester and internal exams before entering into university and they are very helpful with research development.

This college has great teaching faculty members but hostel and transportation are not good.
Placements: The college placements are not very quick keeping in mind that the MBBS doctors are deficient in the country. The average salary offered ranges from Rs 40,000 - Rs 60,000 per month depending on the state that students work in. Internships are offered by this college itself for 1 year for which a stipend of only Rs 4,000 is provided.
Infrastructure: Laboratories are well-equipped with instruments and specimen samples in each department. The laboratories are big with enough equipment for all students separately. Wi-Fi equipped library is available for the students from 9.00 AM to 8.00 PM. The library has air-conditioner rooms so it provides a great environment for study. Classrooms are also air-conditioners equipped with average quality furniture. The audio system of the classrooms though sometimes has clear sound and the screen displays are good. The hostel rooms are of two types air-conditioner and non-air-conditioner. Air-conditioner rooms are allotted to 2 students in 1 room while non-air-conditioner accommodates 3 students. The lights and fans are 2 per room in non-air-conditioner rooms with 4 charging sockets. The maintenance department of the hostel is lethargic and takes a long to fix issues. The hostel mess food is of low quality. There is only 1 dish prepared every time and students are not left with many options to choose from. Medical facilities are provided efficiently to students in case of emergencies. Sports and games events are organized only twice a year, but the students are free to use whatever equipment they want to or whatever game they want to. The campus has tennis courts, basketball courts, football grounds, and cricket grounds. The auditorium is still under construction so most of the events are held inside the college building only.
Faculty: The teaching faculty members have skills. Every department has 6-7 teachers out of which at least 3-4 are teachers with 20 years of teaching practice. The interactions are welcomed here by the teachers and they are always available to solve any queries of the students at any time of the day. The result of this is that many students here after passing out can get into post graduations without many problems. The semester exams are not very tough, and the pass percentage is always around 93-94%. The class tests are a lot more difficult to make students prepare more.
Other: I opted for this course because I feel there should be a healthcare worker in every family to help out in times of medical emergencies. Also, the need for doctors in India is intense and the job provides good status as well as enough money to clear family expenses. The only thing I would want to improve in this course would be working hours. Currently, some of the workers are posted for 16-18 hours daily in the hospital which is a lot more straining for the person.

    A perfect college for MBBS.
Placements: Almost all of the students from my college will get placement. The average package will be 6 Lacs per annum. MBBS MD BDS MS Nursing and pharmaceutical courses were available in our college. As medicine profession is very important nowadays all of our college students upto the maximum limit get recruited.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is really awesome when compared with other medical colleges in Pondicherry. The classes are fully air conditioned, neat and clean. Our college even has library with internet kiosk zone where we can search anything with full free Wi-Fi facility.
Faculty: The faculty are really very much helpful in making the students understanding the syllabus as the practical knowledge plays major role in our profession. Due to the covid pandemic the college arranged online classes and the faculty members were very much concerned and dedicated to students to make them understand the portions.
Other: The price is quite higher when compared with other colleges. But eventhough the college management provides a good infrastructure with humble and talented professors. So it's good to spend money for education in our college.

Academics & infrastructure are good. Hostel & mess are not worth the value. Transportation is bad.
Placements: It's a medical college, so there are not many issues with placements. As the doctor-patient ratio is very low in India, I guess it would be easier to get a job. It is quite obvious that you should pursue higher studies to get a reputed position.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure and labs are well maintained. Two people stay in one room. Maybe in the upcoming years, they are planning to adjust 3 in one room as the MBBS seats are increasing countrywide every year. There is an attached bathroom for every room. Mess food is not good at all, talking in terms of taste or nutrients whatever. The transport facility is very bad here. It's better if you get your vehicle. The building is not well maintained. As a senior, I won't suggest you stay in the hostel as there is a better housing facility nearer to the college. You can stay there at a much better cost-effective price. There are no Swiggy, Zomato, or Ola services. There's one online cab service called 'Fastrack' which works well here. Academics-related infrastructure is quite good excluding the hostel. Even the hostel is quite good.
Faculty: Teachers are good and all the instruments are available. Passing criteria is 50% separately on theory and practical. Attendance of 80% attendance is to be ensured.

It is a good college in the wrong location.
Placements: It depends on the student because the college doesn't necessarily help out with this, so students need to build their skillset and apply for their job. Most of them passed out students preferred to study further or get into a government job. The college doesn't play a role in a student's placement.
Infrastructure: Most of it is still getting built and for the amount, they charge the infrastructure is average. The washrooms are not good. The college has an average vibe. The auditorium has been under construction for years. The place is not accessible or wheelchair friendly to the disabled students.
Faculty: The teachers are knowledgeable. Since most of the classes are practical and the patient load is less. Students will miss out on a lot of different case studies. The course is relevant and the pass percentage is good but the problem is there is a lot of internal politics in the exams.
Other: It is located far, so accessibility is an issue but the views are excellent. The patient load is also good.

Our college has good infrastructure and faculty members.
Placements: About 150 students from our course got placed. The stipend of Rs. 2500 per month is offered during the internship. Top recruiters for our course are all the hospitals. We do a one-year internship inside the same college, and we can join as a junior resident in the same or different medical college. Even we can also join as a medical officer in any private or government college.
Infrastructure: There are dissection labs, and there are labs sessions for every department every year. Our college has libraries, and the Wi-Fi facility is also available. There are single and double occupancy rooms in the hostel, and all the rooms are air-conditioned. The quality of the food served in the hostel is quite good comparatively. There is a canteen inside the hostel as well as near the hostel.
Faculty: Teachers here are qualified, helpful and knowledgeable. They adopt pre-clinical teaching, along with PowerPoint presentations and para clinical with the patients. In the final year, students are provided mostly with clinically learning in the hospital, which includes examining patients and understanding the different examination methods. The course curriculum teaches the students basic first aid and how to receive and handle a patient and many more things.
Other: I have chosen this course because I wanted to serve people. I get joy in treating people, and it's a special feeling when someone thanks you for curing them. I wish that every student should get an equal opportunity to learn irrespective of seniority. Our college organises many fests and inter-college events like Spectra, fresher day celebrations, teachers day celebrations, many sports events, etc.
