No OMR based exam for CS Executive Programme (New Syllabus); informs ICSI

ICSI will no more conduct OMR based test for CS Executive programme. The examination will be in descriptive mode for all papers. Read below for more details.

ICSI CS 2019 exam

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has discontinued with the OMR based test for CS Executive programme under new syllabus. The examination will be in descriptive mode for all papers. The question paper will have both theoretical and practical questions.

Candidates will have to write their examination either in English or Hindi. Question papers of all subjects of module II will be made available in Hindi for candidates who have opted for writing the paper in Hindi. The question paper for all subjects of Module I will be in English language online. Candidates who have opted for Hindi medium need to write their paper in Hindi.

Candidates appearing for the executive programme under the new syllabus need to write the following paper -

Earlier, the institute has made changes in the examination schedule of ICSI of CS Executive and Professional programmes from December 2019 onwards. From the coming session, one paper of module I will be followed by one paper of module II. Likewise, one paper of module I for CS professional programme will be followed by one paper of module II and module III each.

ICSI 2019 exam for June session will be conducted on June 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7 and 9 for CS executive programme. While, the exam for CS professional programme will be held on June 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10. ICSI 2019 admit card will be released soon by the examination authority for June session.
