Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi secured the second position as the best Commerce college in terms of placement. Delhi University has dominated the top 10 Commerce colleges with best placements in the current session as well. The list of best Commerce colleges for placements, eight out of 10 colleges are affiliated with Delhi University.
Other colleges in the list of top 10 commerce colleges with best placements, are School of Commerce, Finance and Accountancy (Christ University), and School of Commerce (Jain University).

The 2026 rankings have been published as part of the 30th India Today Best Colleges Survey. Marketing & Development Research Associates (MDRA) conducts the survey focused on how colleges changed their game to meet the digital education challenge. According to the magazine, more than 1500 colleges participate in the survey.
The India Today Best Colleges Survey is conducted annually for Arts, Science, Commerce, BBA, BCA, Medical, Dental, Engineering, Architecture, Law, Hotel Management, Mass Communication, Fashion Design and Social Work.
