AIIMS Patna Cutoff 2025: Check NEET UG Category-wise Cutoff Ranks

AIIMS Patna cutoff 2025 was released for admission to the MBBS course based on the NEET UG entrance exam, followed by its counselling process. Similarly, for MD, MS and other PG courses, the institute accepts the INI CET entrance exam. The cutoff was released as opening and closing ranks across different categories under the AI quota. In the General AI category, the AIIMS Patna NEET UG cutoff 2025 was 1537 in the first round, while in the last round, the closing rank for the same course and category was 4952. Likewise, for the students belonging to the OBC category, the NEET UG first and last round closing ranks for the MBBS course were 2132 and 2705, respectively. Among the SC category candidates, the MBBS cutoff rank in the first round of admission was 14209, which further increased to 17167 in the last round. AIIMS Patna Cutoff 2025: INI CET Cutoff Ranks For General AI Category

AIIMS Patna INI CET cutoff 2025 was released for admission to MD, MS, MDS and MCh courses at the postgraduate level. For MD admission, the INI CET last-round closing ranks ranged from 117 to 12921 for students belonging to the General AI quota. Of all the specialisations, the most competitive for admission was General Medicine, followed by Dermatology, with closing ranks of 117 and 213, respectively. 

Within the MS course, the ranks ranged from 216 to 384, with Obstetrics and Gynaecology proving the most challenging for admission. For the rest of the courses and specialisations, refer to the table presented below:

Compared with the General AI category students, the INI CET last round closing ranks were less competitive for admission to MS in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, MD in Anaesthesiology, etc., for the OBC category candidates. In the OBC category, the INI CET last round closing rank for MS in Obstetrics and Gynaecology was 776, while for MD in Anaesthesiology, the closing rank stood at 2421, which has relaxed cutoff ranks as compared to the General category. For the SC category candidates, the AIIMS Patna MD cutoff 2025 ranged between 1628 and 15727, wherein the most and least competitive MD branches for admission were Radiodiagnosis and  Emergency Medicine, respectively. For other MD specialisations, such as General Medicine and Paediatrics, the INI CET last round closing ranks were 1825 and 3049, respectively. For MS in Ophthalmology, the INI CET first and last round closing ranks were 5524 and 6389, respectively, for SC category candidates. The tabular representation of the same is provided below:

AIIMS Patna ST category cutoff 2025 was released for MD in Anaesthesiology and MD in Pathology based on candidates' performance in the INI CET entrance exam. In the first round, the MD in Anaesthesiology closing rank was 14700, which increased to 17512 in the final round of admission. For MD in Pathology, the INI CET first and last round closing ranks were 17049 and 27967, respectively.

In the EWS category under the AI quota, the AIIMS Patna MS and MD courses were released across multiple specialisations. For MD in Paediatrics, the INI CET first and last round closing ranks were 453 and 574, respectively. Similarly, for MS in Orthopaedics, the INI CET first and last round closing rank was 840. For admission to the MS in Obstetrics and Gynaecology course, the INI CET first and last round closing ranks for admission were 950 and 1085, respectively.
