Allahabad University announces new cut-off for PG admission
Candidates from Sports, Physically-Handicapped, Staff/Teacher quota are called today, i.e. January 7, 2021.
AU Admissions: Allahabad University (AU) released a new cut off list for the admission of Post Graduate courses on January 5, 2021. The candidates who have taken admission in MA Hindi at Allahabad University were required to pay the admission fees on or before January 4, 2021, for their final admissions. The candidates who have secured 174 marks in unreserved category, 165 marks in EWS category, 150 marks in OBC category and 140 marks in SC/ST category in non-subjects were called to the respective department on January 6, 2021. Candidates from Sports, Physically-Handicapped, Staff/Teacher quota are called today, i.e. January 7, 2021. OBC candidates securing 81.70 in MSD Food and Nutrition were called on January 6 alongside the EWS applicants.
For MA and MSc admissions, the Department of Psychology called the candidates who secured marks from 140 to 142 from the Financially Weaker Section and ST/SC category today, i.e. January 7, 2021. General category candidates securing 144.40 marks, OBC category candidates with 124 marks, SC candidates with 60 marks and EWS category candidates with 121.60 marks are also called for MA Economics admissions. For the Sanskrit Department, candidates belonging to the General quota scoring 97, OBC-22, EWS-25 and all from ST/SC quota are also allowed to come on January 7. All the applicants who applied for MA/MPS in Singing, Sitar and Tabla can visit the department on January 7, 2021.
For the Chemistry department, candidates from EWS and OBC category scoring 148, SC candidates scoring 100 and all the candidates from ST/Handicapped/Staff/Teacher quotas should come on January 7, 2021. The Department of English will take in applicants from the EWS category with 108 on January 6,2021.
