NITIE Admission 2021 begins for various programmes, last date to apply is March 1
The last date to submit an application online at https://www.nitie.ac.in/admission-2021 latest by 5 pm on March 1, 2021. Application Fee is Rs.1000/- (Rs.500/- in case of SC/ST/PwD candidates) to be paid online.
National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE), Mumbai commenced the admission applications for various programmes offered by the Institute. The institute offers, Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Management (PGDIM), Post Graduate Diploma in Sustainability Management (PGDSM), Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Engineering (PGDIE), Fellow (Doctoral) Programme (FP). The last date to submit an application online at https://www.nitie.ac.in/admission-2021 latest by 5 pm on March 1, 2021. Application Fee is Rs.1000/- (Rs.500/- in case of SC/ST/PwD candidates) to be paid online. Candidates interested in NITIE Admissions 2021 must go through the eligibility criteria.
NITIE Admissions 2021: Eligibility Criteria
While applying for the programmes, the applicant should be an Engineering/Technology graduate in any branch with an aggregate of 60% (55% for SC/ST/PwD applicants). Applicants are also required to satisfy the eligibility criteria on Entrance Examinations which will be as follows: PGDIE: Valid GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) score. PGDIM: Valid CAT (Common Aptitude Test) score. PGDSM: Valid CAT/GATE/GRE/GMAT scores.
In order to apply for Fellow Program, the applicant must have a Master’s degree/equivalent in Engineering/ Technology, Management, Economics, Commerce, Social Sciences, Life Sciences or Pure Sciences with 60% aggregate (55% for SC/ST/PwD applicants). Projects/Work Experience/Research Publication in the above-mentioned areas would be preferred.
Meanwhile, students pursuing the final year of the qualifying course can also apply for all programmes subject to their qualifying and submitting results by September 30, 2021.
NITIE 2021 Admissions Process
The selection of the candidates during NITIE Admission 2021 will be based on an online Personal Interview (PI) with appropriate weightage to GATE/CAT/GRE/GMAT scores (as applicable), academic performance and relevant experience of reputed Industrial Organization/Academic institution.
