Q: Which subject did you find most challenging, and how did you overcome it?

A: I did not find any subject very challenging, but Mathematics board paper in my region was extremely difficult. I had prepared most for this subject, but this first exam had reduced my morale a lot. I believe that studying each subject regularly and practicing many questions makes challenging subjects much easier.

Q: How important were NCERT books in your preparation? Did you use any additional resources?

A: NCERT books are definitely important resource for preparation of CBSE board exams. Other than textbooks, Exemplar published by NCERT was also important part of my journey. I also solved questions from RS Aggarwal for Maths. CBSE has also published CFPQ available online which helped me practice competency based questions.

Q: Did you follow any specific strategy for revision in last 1 to 2 months?

A: I had completed my syllabus by October end. In last few months, my strategy was to solve as many past year papers as possible. I also wrote down all my mistakes in my error diary so that I never repeat them.

Q: During your CBSE board preparation, what did your daily routine look like, and how many hours did you spend studying on average?

A: During my CBSE board preparation, I would wake up around 8 AM and start studying. I would take breaks in between. I used to take longer break in afternoon for lunch, watching television and taking a nap. In evening, I would start studying again. I believe that balancing studies with entertainment and sleep is very important. I prioritised getting 7 to 8 hours of sleep everyday. I studied 5 to 6 hours on average when board exams were near.

Q: What is your favourite subject?

A: Maths had always been my favourite subject.

Q: What are your future plans? Which career path are you aiming?

A: I am taking PCB for my class 11th. I aim to become a doctor. Hopefully, I can get a good government college like AIIMS.

Q: Please share some tips for students prepping to appear in CBSE Board Exams 2027?

A: My tips to students preparing for CBSE board exams 2027 is not worry a lot about and stay consistent in their studies. Also, I advise them to focus on their weak subjects and solve previous year papers available on CBSE website. They should make an error diary to track all their mistakes and weak points. Also, try to avoid completing syllabus at last moment. Prioritise NCERT textbooks.
