CBSE Class 12 Photocopy of Answer Sheet 2026: Check Dates, Fees & Process

CBSE announced dates related to CBSE 12th revalution, validation and photocopy of answer sheet. The process for obtaining photocopy of scanned answer scripts started from May 19 to 22, 2026. The application for verification of issues observed and re-evaluation will be accepted from May 26 to 29. The Supplementary exam will be held on July 15. Scroll down to read more details.  

What is the CBSE Answer Sheet Photocopy?

After the declaration of CBSE Board Exam Results, students who are not happy with the results can apply for a copy of their answer sheet. The board allows students to verify their marks. Only those students who apply for the verification of marks can obtain a photocopy of answer sheet. The students who want to have a copy of their answer sheet can apply for the same through the CBSE website.

Students need to pay certain fees for providing copies. Students have to deposit the fee online through Credit Card, Debit Card and Net banking. Photocopy of the answer sheet will be sent to the candidate’s login account after blocking all information relating to the identity of the Examiner/ Evaluator/ any other official associated with the examination process etc.

Process to Apply for CBSE Photocopy of Answer Sheet

The process to apply for CBSE photocopy of answer sheet is given below.

• Visit the CBSE website
• You’ll find an option to request a photocopy of your answer sheet
• Click on it to start the application
• Fill in Your Details-Roll Number, Class, Subjects for which you want the photocopy
• Payment must be made online through the portal
• Once CBSE processes your request, a scanned copy of your answer sheet will be uploaded
• Download it and review it carefully

CBSE 12th Photocopy of Answer Sheet 2026: Points to Note

Students must take note of the following points. 

• Application for CBSE Class 12 photocopy of answer sheet needs to be submitted by students only
• Fill all the details correctly in application form
• The scanned copy of answer book will be provided in student's login. They can download from there
• Students will be provided CBSE 12th photocopy of answer sheet on a first-come, first-served basis. This means that those who apply on the first date of application will receive the scanned copy first
  They can choose a single or multiple subjects. However, the application needs to be submitted all at once and not in parts
• If anyone wants to challenge the marks in any subject, they can apply for re-evaluation

Process After Obtaining CBSE 12th Answer Sheet Photocopy 2026

After receiving CBSE Class 12 answer sheet photocopy, students can check the following.

• Answer sheet received is correct and belongs to the students
• It carries all pages
• CBSE 12th answer sheet has a supplementary copy if used by candidates
• Answer book has a graph if used
• It is correctly scanned

CBSE 12th Photocopy of Answer Sheet 2026: What is the Fees?

The fee for obtaining the photocopy of answer sheet has been reduced from INR 700 to INR 100. The fee can be paid online through Credit/Debit card/Net Banking. Fees submitted through Postal Order/DD/Money Order/Cheque/Cash, etc., will not be accepted.
