GSEB SSC Grading System 2025: The Gujarat Secondary Education Board (GSEB) announced GSEB SSC result 2025 on May 8, 2025, at 8 AM. Students can check and download their Gujarat Board 10th Result 2025 on the official website, i.e. gseb.org. Before checking the GSEB 10th Result 2025, students must understand GSEB SSC grading system 2025. Gujarat Board 10th Grading System includes grades from A1 to E2. Students securing 91-100 marks are awarded A1 grade. Meanwhile, students scoring 20 marks or below will be given E2 grade. GSEB SSC grading system helps GSEB SSC exams 2025 students know the grades and the corresponding grade points.

Q:   What if I am not satisfied with the GSEB SSC Result?
A:

Students who are not satisfied with their GSEB SSC results can apply for GSEB SSC re-evaluation. The Gujarat state board will release the official dates of registration for re-evaluation 15 days after the announcement of GSEB SSC Result. Students can visit the official website of Gujarat Board to apply for the same. They have to pay the required fee. Re-evaluation Fees for 1 subject is INR 100. Re-evaluation Fees for all subjects is INR 500. Students can also apply for improvement exam. 

Q:   Can I check my GSEB 10th result before it is officially announced?

Students are keen to know their GSEB 10th board result before it is released officially. This curiosity is seen in students who have done well in GSEB board exams. It is not possible to know your marks before the result is announced officially by the board. 

Q:   How do you find the percentage of a GSEB SSC result?
A:

Many students are unable to calculate the percentage of marks obtained in GSEB SSC exams. Therefore, they can follow the steps below to calculate their percentage:

Step 1: Divide the obtained marks by the maximum marks

Step 2: Multiply the result by 100

Example 1: A student scored 1156 marks in the examination out of 1200 marks. Calculate the percentage of marks secured by the student.Go through the example given below to understand the process of finding the percentage of marks.

Solution:

Number of marks scored = 1156

Maximum marks = 1200

Percentage of marks= Marks obtained/Maximum marks x 100

Percentage of marks = (1156/1200) × 100

Percentage= 0.9633…. × 100

Therefore, the percentage of marks obtained is 96.3%

GSEB SSC Result 2025: Passing Criteria

A minimum of 33% passing marks are needed in each subject and an aggregate for the students to be declared as pass in GSEB Class 10 exams. An aggregate mark of 33% is mandatory to clear the GSEB SSC examination. Students must get minimum of grade ‘D’ in all subjects to clear GSEB SSC board exam. Those failing to achieve the 33% marks will have to appear for GSEB SSC supplementary examination.
