Maharashtra SSC Results 2020 likely to be released by July-end. According to the reports, the Results of Maharashtra Board examinations for class 10 are expected to be declared in July, a top official said on June 22, 2020. Talking about the declaration of the Maharashtra SSC Results i.e. Maharashtra Class 10 (SSC) results, the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education chairperson Shakuntala Kale in a virtual meeting of Education department said that the Results of Maharashtra Class 10 Board Exams are supposed to be out by July-end. Students who appeared for the Maharashtra SSC Board Exams 2020 must note that the Maharashtra SSC results 2020 will be released on the Board’s official website i.e. mahresult.nic.in. Students must note that the Class 10 Maharashtra Result will be provisional in nature. Meanwhile, the sources also suggest that the Maharashtra HSC Results 2020 are likely to be out by June 15.

Maharashtra SSC results 2020 likely by July-end
According to the reports, the virtual meeting was also attended by Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray and Education Minister Varsha Gaikwad. Mr Thackeray, who recently instructed initiating online pilot projects at the start of the academic year, watched demonstration of online classes during the meeting. An official statement revealed that the State CM directed the school education department to ensure that the syllabi of classes 1 to 12, which are available in the electronic form, is compatible to be accessed from all devices, and is available offline too.

Maharashtra SSC Results 2020: Class 11 Admissions
During the meeting, the CM watched a demonstration of Google Meet online classes. The CM also stated that Students should not face any technical glitches in first place, and if they do, the issues be addressed immediately. After the declaration of the Maharashtra SSC Results, the students will move forward to Class 11. While talking about the Maharashtra Class 11 admissions, Mr Thackeray instructed the education department to ensure to conduct a proper admission process for class 11. The statement said that the admission process will be online in Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Aurangabad, Amravati and Nashik divisions, while elsewhere it will be offline.
SSC Results Maharashtra 2020 Evaluation Update
According to the reports, a total of 17,65,898 students registered to appear for Maharashtra SSC exams. The Maharashtra SSC Time Table 2020 suggest that the Maharashtra SSC Board Exams 2020 were conducted from March 3 to March 21, 2020. However, the last exam of Geography subject which was scheduled for March 24 got cancelled due to the nationwide lockdown imposed in order to contain the COVID-19 spread. According to the media reports, the evaluation process of Maharashtra SSC answer-sheets is in its final stages. Earlier, Minister Varsha Gaikwad also announced the department’s intention to release Maharashtra SSC results by July-end.

Maharashtra SSC Results 2020 Grace Marks for Cancelled Geography Paper
After cancelling the Maharashtra SSC Geography paper due to the outbreak of the novel coronavirus, the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Education decided to award Maharashtra SSC students an average of their scores in other subjects as their marks in Geography. According to the information released by the Maharashtra Board, the same rule will apply to the vocational papers that were also cancelled amid COVID-19 lockdown. The Maharashtra Board cancelled the pending Geography paper for more than 17 lakh Maharashtra SSC students. Varsha Gaikwad, School Education Minister of the state announced the cancellation of the pending Geography and Work Experience papers. She also instructed the evaluators to give marks based on the respective rules for these subjects.

- Visit the official website of the Maharashtra board i.e. mahresult.nic.in
- Click on the link that reads, ‘Maharashtra SSC result 2020’
- A new window will open up on the screen
- Enter roll number and mother’s name in the appropriate fields
- Verify the details and click on ‘Submit’
- Maharashtra Board SSC result 2020 for the entered credentials will open
- Take a printout or screenshot of the same and keep it safe for further references

Students can also access their Maharashtra SSC Result 2020 through SMS. This is the easiest method to check Maharashtra SSC result on phone without facing the “website not working” problem. Here are the steps to check Maharashtra SSC result 2020 through SMS:
- First of all type an SMS in this format: MHSSCSEAT NO.
- Now send it to 57766.
